Seller reviewThe sale of my townhome was very difficult as my place was right on a busy street and that caused some challenges ,Fermin was very confident my home would be sold even after i started to become pessimistic and we put together an appropriate price based on the feedback we received from potential buyers. Fermin is an experienced and very knowledgeable resource to know and have in the world of buying and selling real estate!

This made me feel that he wasn't too busy to take on all my questions. I would recommend Fermin to all my friends and co-workers if they were ever going to sell or buy a home. Buyer reviewFermin is amazing. He helped us through the struggle of negotiating and losing 6 houses! Until we finally found our home. Although it was stressful and took over 4 months Fermin was always excited to take us to see houses and was always open and receptive to our needs. We honestly couldnt have found a home without Fermin and we are so grateful that he was with us through the whole process including the closing. He is the best and I will be sure to recommend him and use him again in the future! I cannot say how glad I am that Fermin was always available either by email or phone and I appreciate that more than anything because he was always there to calm my impatient nerves.
