He was knowledgable about different suburbs, which was helpful as we were looking in multiple suburbs. He handled the contracts and negotiations well and kept on top of communication, which was much appreciated during the stressful process of buying a first home. We have nothing but good things to say about Fermin. Again, he was extremely patient with us and set up a schedule to view houses that worked best with our busy schedules. He was always available to communicate with and we never had to wait long for a response.
