Seller reviewFran Stankovich did an awesome job guiding us through the process and taking the extra effort to get our property listed and ready for the market before the holidays. She worked with us on market value and quickly handling any of the items found on the inspection. She made sure we clearly understood what each of the offers would mean to us. She had very quick turnaround on any and all action items/documents, and she even picked up and delivered a doormat for the front door and booties for prospective buyers to use to keep the newly installed carpet looking its best. She did everything possible to help our house sell quickly, for a good price and to make the process go extremely smooth. I would choose Fran again in an instant. We know several other brokers we have know personally for many years, but my husband knew Fran, and we knew that she is a go getter and hustles at whatever she does. That played an important part in our decision. Fran worked hard to make the process go as smooth as possible. She went above and beyond. I would select Fran again in an instant!

Buyer reviewThe process of purchasing a home is stressful, however Fran made it an easy experience and took the worry and stress away from us so we could concentrate on our family and jobs. Fran's personable and caring demeanor made my husband and I feel at ease and confident in placing our trust in her ability to work on our team! I cannot imagine going through the sell of our former house and the purchase of our new home without having Fran. She was instrumental in helping us find a house and guiding us making an offer and the subsequent steps of purchasing a house.

She always was in contact giving updates and relaying crucial information. She was professional, but more importantly friendly and helped us be at ease with this process.
