She explains the process of selling or buying a piece of property, and you know you are in good hands. I contacted Fran on two different occasions several years apart and found this to be the case both times. There were challenging situations with both of the properties, she was calm and encouraging, an explained that we would handle each item step by step one at a time. I always have Frans contact information ready if any one I know needs and exceptional realtor. Fran would check in every morning to let me know what to expect that day. (I will miss our morning talks.) She kept me informed during the day if something changed. I always received my evening call to see if the day went according to plan and if not she would discuss what she would do the next day to handle the problem. If she was unable to answer my calls within a few minutes there was a return call or tex. My realtor angel Thank you Joni
