Frank was great from beginning to end of a stressful sale. Had my house sold in 48hrs without even putting a sign up and we were at closing literally 30days later. Great negotiator and very knowledgeable in the buying and selling processes. He is very straightforward with no beating around the bush of how much things will cost and the money you can expect. Frank always answered the phone and texts very quickly and even answered/responded while he was on vacation and literally spoke with me for an hour!!! And called the buying agent to figure things out when issues came up. Frank is a great realtor and very good guy in general. You would be lucky to have frank work for you.
