Buyer reviewFrank Martinez was referred to me. In this aggressive housing market I was glad to have Mr. Martinez as my agent. I was able to reach to him any time I had questions and he would patiently explain in simple terms I could understand. His experience came into play when I submitted my offer.. He knew exactly how to get my offer accepted. I was happy when the selling broker even mentioned I had a great agent. I will definitely keep referring him!

I would recommend him to others looking for a real estate agent. I couldn't be happier. Thank you. Absolutely recommend him to others! Grace with escrow was friendly and quick. The office was clean and friendly. The house was selected by a Buyer quickly although due to Buyer complications the escrow went longer than expected. Frank was quick with status updates and responses back to me.

Seller reviewWorking with Frank was a all-around good experience he was extremely knowledgeable and have a lot of insight from his past work. My advice to anyone is just trust his instinct and you'll be fine, trusted his game plan and sold the house for a lot more then I thought we would get and all in under 3 days with 59 offers. We trusted him and he came through in a big way for me and my family, now he's hunting for a house for us to buy and there is no doubt in my mind he'll find us exactly what we're looking for. I highly recommend Frank and have already recommended him to a couple now new clients to him who are also enjoying their experience with him.

Todo el proceso me parecio facil y rapido . Frank me explico correctamente las instrucciones para hacer todo el procedimiento en linea , no tuvimos ningún contratiempo en proceso de firmas . Es una persona muy responsanle y puntual y con gusto se lo recomendaria a mis amistades!
