I have known Freida for many years. She has helped me sell and buy other properties. She is great as a person, a friend, and an agent.

When we had to sell and lived 6 hours away, we felt we could trust Freida Barker to represent us fairly and give us good advice about any buyer offer or problems.... She stayed in touch and did well. We had lived in the area for many years part time and knew her and "of" her..Friends had used her...she had sold houses on our road. Since we were over 300 miles away, I have no idea what advertising was done in or out of area...These answers are just guesses. I know she took pictures, put them on the internet, and showed the house several times...she was helpful in solving problems involved with things we had left or wanted to get out of the house... Another agent actually brought the offer to her and handled the paperwork but Freida was a part of every step. She was available by email and cell phone almost every time we tried to reach her... All of the above....a neat lady!! We felt that the contractors contacted to take care of the problems listed by the Inspection Report were very excessive....our son is a general contractor and knew what these items should cost...He was injured so he couldn't do work in a timely fashion and felt they took advantage of our physical inability to come up and handle them at a lesser cost. We had already dropped $10,000 on sales price. Freida spent a lot of time and energy trying to get these problems handled - cannot fault her at all.

Freida was excellent. Attentive, patient, creative when solving problems, and consistent.

Freida was extremely helpful and really listened to what we wanted. We would highly recommend her. She was able to take into consideration what we liked about houses and use that information to find others.
