I have lived and worked in the East Tennessee and Southwest Virginia area all my life. I love the area and if given the opportunity to live anywhere I would and will remain here.I began my career in real estate as an investor and own and manage several properties. My move to the sales side full time came due to the desire and passion to work full time at a profession that I enjoy so much.I work with both buyers and seller and represent them with honesty, loyalty and integrity. He is knowledgeable about the area and things like potential improvements a house may need and will give his honest opinion. For example the house we bought Gary pointed out 3 minor issues with house on our first walkthrough and all 3 were on our home inspection report. I would recommend Gary to anyone in the market for a house.

Buyer reviewA critical factor in selecting an agent/broker is response timeliness. As a client new to the area, I had numerous questions and an agent's ability to respond to those questions is extremely important in the selection process. Another critical factor is an agent's selling performance in the selected geographic area. From the very first time we met, Gary was extremely courteous, professional and helpful. Gary is extremely knowledgeable about the area where we purchased our home and when it came time to schedule inspections and contact utility companies, Gary was quick to provide recommendations.
