If he did not know the answer, he would find out in a timely manner. I would recommend Gary to any family or friends wanted to buy or sell a property. Gary used a very qualified area photographer to have outstanding photos placed online to view my property. We were relocating to the Nashville area so Gary referred us to another agent here in our new area and we were very pleased with the outcome on this end as well. Our home was previously listed by another agency and agent and was on the market for several months. After Gary took over the listing, it was sold within weeks.
