We also wanted an agent that we knew would be aggressive and fight for us. We searched for a house for 8 months before finding one. Gayle found us a house before it came on the market and fought hard to convince the buyers to accept our offer. Had this house actually gone onto the market we would have never gotten it as it surely would have had many offers and sold way over listing price.
