Seller reviewWe made a very quick decision to sell our home in this hot "sellers market" and for a brief moment considered doing it ourselves. Boy were we wrong! Deciding to hire Gayle was the BEST decision we could have made. We went out of town for 2 days and had over 30 showings that Gayle managed, as well as helped us review multiple contracts & finally negotiate our ratified contract in 2 days! Her help certainly didn't stop there. Despite this sellers market, there were hiccups (to put it mildly). Gayle's knowledge (and patience) helped us get to closing on time. Bottom line....if you are considering selling your home yourself...DO NOT! Call Gayle King. This is the 5th time we've used Gayle, and we will continue to do so.
