Carrie and Gina smoothly facilitated financial negotiations between us and the buyers, and the entire process was not just painless, it was pleasant. Carrie and Gina are personable, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented. It was a pleasure to work with them. A good illustration of Gina's care for us as clients is that she supplied water to our dog who was waiting in the car while we signed the closing papers.
