I first starting working with Gina Mcandrews when she sold my mother's house. She was so compassionate working with me understanding that I was emotionally attached to this house. She understood my situation and was patient while I worked through the emotions. She was not only a realtor but became a friend. Since that time we have purchased two more houses with Gina's assistance. Each time we were buying with special circumstances. The first house was a relocation through the DOT so there was extra work on her part to coordinate with our relocator. The second purchase was a home for a person with special needs. Once again, she was very helpful and understood our situation. We are appreciative of Gina's knowledge and experience. If we are in need of purchasing property again, we would definitely contact Gina.
