I was making a move from an acreage I wasn't sure I wanted to make. My daughter had previously bought her first home with Gina Mcandrews as her realtor.. My daughter was very happy and impressed with all the help Gina gave her. Then my grandson and his family decided to move back to this area. Gina also found them a home and went out of her way to help. When I made my move to this area to be closer to family, as I am older, again Gina was there to help with every detail. I really love my little retirement house. Our family will always use Gina if we want to buy or sell.

I went with her in particular, because a friend and colleague had previously bought a home through Gina and found the process to be smooth. Gina works well to make the entire process transparent and inform the buyers of what the next steps are, provide outline for expected actions through different phases of the process, and has excellent negotiation skills. I was impressed with how responsive and patient she was with us as first-time home buyers.
