Buyer reviewThe purchase of our house was much more of a challenge than the sale. Having to deal with an "online" agent made things a bit more of a struggle. Ginger was there every step of the way and did her best to stay on top of things and keep us in the loop. She always made sure we were taken care of.

Seller reviewIn all of my years dealing with professionals, there are typically areas for growth and improvement. With Ginger, there is absolutely nothing I would change about what she did, said, or how she handled things. She has made this process so seamless for us and handled everything we needed. Ginger was in constant contact and kept us up-to-date every step of the way with weekly updates as well as text and email communications. We were never made to feel we were inconveniencing her or taking too much of her time. She was ALWAYS there for us and did it with a smile. Ginger made us feel, at all times, that we were her only client and we had her undivided attention. Seller reviewGinger is the first agent to make us feel like we were her first and only concern. She did her homework on the local market and she engaged us in every aspect of the process. We received email updates of activity going on behind the scene and received phone calls as needed. Her response time when we had questions was almost immediate. During negotiations with the buyers agent, she had the facts of the local market, upgrades to our home, and other pertinent data ready that secured the sale at our asking price. Our home had an offer within 24 hours of listing! We've bought and sold five homes during my career as a military officer and company executive. Ginger is the best agent we've ever had! We now consider her a family friend!
