Ginger Gillette was an absolute pleasure to work with. I had so many questions and concerns when this process started and she did such a great job explaining everything without making me feel like I should already know the answers. We gave her a guideline of what we each wanted in a home and she only showed us houses that met our criteria. I would HIGHLY recommend Mrs. Gillette in your home buying process!!

Ginger was a dream to work with! One of the first things I noticed was she really listened to us and seemed to know exactly what we were looking for. Her knowledge of not only the local Tampa market but upcoming trends of the up and coming neighborhoods was critical. Initially we were looking at homes in older distressed communities and Ginger was quick to point out different factors that we may not have considered as new home buyers. After much deliberation we decided not to purchase a run down bungalow in the Tampa Heights community and changed our game plan to buying a lot and looking for a fixer upper built in the last 50 years we ended up working with Ginger on two transactions. Ginger led us every step of the way throughout both purchases! We found a lot that we loved, made an offer and went under contract. She was extremely responsive to us as well as all other parties involved. The deal ended up following through due to the appraisal amount being lower than what we were financing it for. At the same time we were purchasing this lot we were also looking for our first starter home. Working with Ginger for a few weeks we found a perfect fixer upper that we felt we could make our own for the next few years. The home would scare most first time buyers away however we could all see the potential after putting some sweat equity into it. Again Ginger was on the ball between negotiations with the seller's agent, helping with the home inspection - she recommended a wonderful home inspector, as well as working with NFCU on the financing. Ginger was extremely patient throughout the entire process. Both my husband and I had to have driven her crazy between all the emails and texts we sent her between working on both properties however she never showed it. She was always happy to help and address any concerns that we may have had. She was easily accessible and quick to respond to texts and emails. I honestly can't say enough good things about Ginger! We felt like we were working with a seasoned pro and were able to rely on her for recommendations from start to finish. We have already discussed that in the next 6 months to a year we would like to work with her on purchasing another lot in Tampa Heights to eventually build our forever home as well as when we sell our new home down the road. We plan on using Ginger for any future real estate needs and would recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and trust worthy agent.

She presented to me different mortgage lenders, organized the home inspection, found insurance, and my closing appointment was only 30 minutes!
