Ginger Gillette exceeded my expectations during the sale of my Whitlock Drive property. She was very knowledgeable about the real estate climate in my area and gave excellent recommendations to me concerning the sale of my villa. She was very personable and professional. When contacted via phone, email, or text, her replies were as quick as could be expected. My situation was somewhat complicated, but was less stressful due to Ginger's patience and expertise.

When Ginger and I met for the first time, she explained to me that I should buy what I want and that she would help me find the home I am looking for based on our conversation. Every single dwelling we went to was exactly what I wanted in a home and location. She never drove me to places that did not fit my criteria or budget, but stuck to the location and the requirements we discussed. Ginger took so much of the stress of buying a home out and made the search fun and enjoyable. She was kind, and sensative to my schedule and was very accommodating. Our dear friend who also works for Century 21 in AZ referred us to GINGER GILLETTE SHAW GROUP...We lived in Michigan. Ginger, we feel is the BEST REALTOR in THE WORLD !!!! So wonderful and we are so grateful our friend, Keri Couvillion referred her to us (by the way ) Ginger called before our Michigan home was listed...to introduce herself !!! She is one of a kind !!!! It could not have been a better experience .....We will have Ginger Gillette as are saleswoman FOREVER !!!!!! Title company was excellent ...Our communication with Jeanie was excellent .. She told us to come at 11:20 , as the sellers would be done with their part . Their realtor , Kay Vantker apartly didn't speak to Jeanie , as Kay called Ginger on Gingers vacation..which we didn't appreciate . She should have spoken to the title companies , Jeanie instead of bothering our realtor . Ginger Gillette is the best realtor we have EVER had !!! She showed us everything in Zephyrhills , as well as, near the coast . She sent us homes to look at to our computer and keep our requests in mind, while showing us a variety of homes in our price range and above. She went & did so much more than any realtor or any realtor our friends have had in different states !!! Ginger is beyond EXCELLENT in her field !!! Words can not express how nice she and how professional !!! We have friends moving to Florida & have already given out her cards & insisted that they ONLY USE GINGER !!!!!!! Wanted an agent that would listen and respond to the needs of a senior citizen. Good communication skills! Ginger was responsive and answered questions about the sale process as they came up. An overall excellent agent that I would use again and recommend without reservation.
