He was always available (most agents are NOT), extremely knowledgeable, polite and friendly. He helped in all aspects of the sale/purchase and touched base (in a professional and friendly manner) with the vendors when they weren't doing their job like they should have been. He knew the dedicated and knowledgeable local folks needed to do inspections and various other tasks.
