Buyer reviewI love how Gordon pretty much knows every piece of real estate in the County. And he makes the process easy and understandable. When looking at properties, he also has a deep knowledge of on and off grid infrastructure, home maintenance, and an eye for potential problems. I have no hesitation in recommending Gordon to anyone looking to buy or sell in Nevada County!

Buyer reviewGordon Baker is the most hard-working, thorough real estate agent I've ever worked with. The deal was a small one (275K purchase of land) but it was complicated (land located in 2 counties, continuing timber interest from seller that needed to remain for 3 yrs after close, etc), and he gave thorough reports and worked with forester, surveyor, title company, county and stayed on top of everything at the level of timeliness and thoroughness that was amazing. I got the sense that for Gordon the size of the deal just doesnt matter. This is his passion, and he will take care of every client to the highest level of thoroughness and excellence.
