I have known Grant Watson for many years. His integrity, knowledge, and going beyond what he had to do made selling my property easy and well-organized. I would highly recommend him.

Grant is easy to work with. He is very professional and knowledgeable, yet kind and considerate of what we wanted (even when we changed our minds on a few occasions). If we were staying in the Columbus area, we would use him again and will highly recommend him if others are looking for a straight shooting realtor.

Back in 2016, I was recommended to work with Grant via a friend at work. Grant was described as a realtor that communicated in an open, direct way that provided confidence to a home buyer. I worked with him to buy my first home and had a great experience. He proactively found a home that fit what I was looking for. Because of this prior experience, I worked with him again this second time to find a home closer to our church. This second experience was also greatly aided by Grant's expertise. In this crazy housing market, he helped us secure a new home by working patiently with us and showing us several houses. The home that we closed on was secured by Grant directly talking with the seller right after we had looked at the home. Grant is a great example of all of the character traits one would want in a realtor. He is polite and considerate, yet speaks plainly of a particular house's benefits and risks. He even assisted us with watching our 5 month old daughter while we looked at houses and completed paperwork.

We really liked Grant's "no-pressure/how can I help" style. Great guy to work with!

Grant was able to sell my house and find a new house for our family in a short time frame. We were working with a small time table. Grant made it work. He is truly amazing.
