Even though I was born in Seymour, Indian, I have lived in Columbus for the majority of my life. I enjoying running, cycling and swimming and have completed several marathons throughout the country. I am married to Le-Anna and we have one daughter, Anna-Liese. Serving the community is important to me and I volunteer for Love Chapel, Eastside Community Center and Youth for Christ/Campus Life. I am an active member of The Ridge Church. "I look forward to helping my clients buy or sell their homes and build a relationship with each of them. Buyer reviewI purchased my home a little over a year ago in a tight housing market in my price range. I sat down with Grant and I gave him my must haves in a house and we started the search. We had looked for a few months at homes but nothing seemed to be in my must have options at the price I needed. I was close to just waiting for a few months to see if the options would pick up when I received a call from Grant. He had just been to a Realtor showing of a home not on the market yet and that I needed to see it ASAP. We met the next day at the house. We walked it and made an offer at the end of the walk and the owner accepted it. It was the fixer upper that I was wanting and had the things I was looking for in an older home. Thanks Grant for your patience and knowing what I wanted so that I could get into the house at my price.
