As the Broker of CENTURY 21 Team Elite in Trenton and Chillicothe, I have the experience and knowledge of the local market to help you buy or sell your home, land, or commercial property. My experience as a Realtor began over 20 years ago when I started out specializing in foreclosed homes. Since then, I have sold everything from highly tillable farms to waterfront homes to large retail locations. Selling full-time for over 20 years has earned me many awards, including one of the top awards from Century 21 of Centurion Producer for almost 20 years in a row, making me a member of the Centurion Honor Society. Additional awards include the top agent in our broker council for several years for units sold and the Quality Service Award for outstanding customer service. I have deep roots in the area as I was born and raised in Trenton and Laredo, so I am very familiar with the local community and I can put all of this knowledge to work for you.

Seller reviewLet me start out by saying when I purchased the property 6 years ago it had sat on the market for 2 years, so I assumed it might take awhile to sell. Greg came right over was very professional we took his advice on the sale price he suggested. He listed it and 10 days later it Sold! We couldn't have been more happier with his service. I advise anyone wanting to sell property to have Greg take care of everything he will go above & beyond to get you top dollar. I can't say enough about this gentleman he is a true professional!!!

Buyer reviewMr. Freeman at Century 21 and his team made the entire process enjoyable. Upon request Mr. Freeman immediately showed us the property and explained the renovations. To ensure the sale occurred Mr. Freeman worked through the weekend and didn't delay the process. My wife and I never had to wait on Mr. Freeman, as he made himself available 24/7. What makes Mr. Freeman and his team special is that they love their job and were always working towards closing the deal. In addition, they exhibited knowledge and experience of the process, which eliminated all of the stress and ensured we were able to purchase the property! My wife and I would both highly recommend Greg Freeman and his team. After purchasing 5 homes, this has been one of our best experiences! In the area we wouldn't consider going to anyone else for purchasing or selling residential/commercial properties.
