As the Broker of CENTURY 21 Team Elite in Trenton and Chillicothe, I have the experience and knowledge of the local market to help you buy or sell your home, land, or commercial property. My experience as a Realtor began over 20 years ago when I started out specializing in foreclosed homes. Since then, I have sold everything from highly tillable farms to waterfront homes to large retail locations. Selling full-time for over 20 years has earned me many awards, including one of the top awards from Century 21 of Centurion Producer for almost 20 years in a row, making me a member of the Centurion Honor Society. Additional awards include the top agent in our broker council for several years for units sold and the Quality Service Award for outstanding customer service. I have deep roots in the area as I was born and raised in Trenton and Laredo, so I am very familiar with the local community and I can put all of this knowledge to work for you.

Buyer reviewWithout Greg's assistance and patience, we never would have been able to accomplish buying a house. This was not a short or easy process especially with covid, a less than abundant housing market at the time of year we were looking and my wife and I living out of area at the time. None of the aforementioned deterred Greg and his team from helping us to find the home we were looking for. It wasn't just "selling us a home" it was "making sure to sell us the best home". This included guidance from Greg on what to lookout for as well as inspection guidance when we did find a home we were interested in.
