So we really didn't want to waste anyone's time. What got us interested in working with Gretchen, was the time she took in reaching out to us. It was just such a kind gesture, to see if we would mind taking a meeting with her just to give her a chance to introduce herself and let us know what she could offer. Usually some realtors can be pretty pushy but she wasn't. And I appreciated that. She made time to meet with us even if it was for only 1 property. She'd reach out if she hadn't heard from us to check in and see if there was anything she could help with. Not the "get on your nerves" check in, but the very genuine one. Gretchen thank you very much for your patience and your assistance! We were able to land the property we wanted!!! Would definitely recommend!!
