When we initially considered putting our rental property on the open market, she offered several pre-listing strategies for consideration, but recognized that our desire to complete the sale as soon as possible, and the buyer's desire to own the home he had been renting from us was a win-win for both parties. I appreciated the ease of signing the listing and contract documents securely online. Gretchen kept the paperwork moving and answered or found the answers to any questions I had in the process.
