She gave me timely and thorough responses, helping me with the process and facilitated any needs the prospective buyers or I had. I knew the house was renovated too late to catch prime selling season and there wasn't much during the winter that would be done due to demand and market trends. I didn't take a loss (which was my big concern) and everything worked out as I hoped and expected. I try not to be "that person" others deal with and dread. At times I felt I was bugging Gretchen but she was always so gracious and responsive. I know I had a product that was quality and I was attentive in doing what was needed to sell...I felt she recognized that and truly appreciated me as a seller and what I was doing to help her do her job.
