I asked Kristen from 5/3 Bank (now works at Mercantile) if she knew of any good realtors. Kristen told me to talk to Gretchen so I did. Gretchen was superb! My Mother and I got along with Gretchen great. She had a great sense of humor, was super friendly, available, able to work around my busy schedule, and it felt like I knew Gretchen for a long time.
