Since beginning my real estate career in 2007, I have worked with numerous buyers and sellers covering all aspects of the real estate industry. Including, but not limited to, new construction, existing homes, historic homes, etc. Whether I'm working with buyers or sellers, I am determined to make sure that my clients have a positive and successful real estate experience.
I am well aware of the market and handle each transaction with the highest level of integrity, professionalism, knowledge and friendliness. I never forget that I'm working with families and individuals who are putting their trust in me to help them with one of the largest purchases that they will make. Buyer reviewGwen went above and beyond helping my family sell and purchase! ANY questions I had she was right on the ball. She kept me in the loop or every and anything. It was our first time selling a house and she made it very easy, we appreciate her very much! We're a family of 5 with three small children, I told her what we wanted and that we wanted to sell our house and buy our new house at the same time. Gwen expressed to me it's tricky but if all ducks are lined up it can happen, and she made it happen! Three days before Christmas mind you! Her communication skills are top notch, and any 'silly' question I had, Gwen had an answer! 10/10 would recommend her. Although we bought our forever home, if we ever did move/buy again we would use Gwen!
