Since beginning my real estate career in 2007, I have worked with numerous buyers and sellers covering all aspects of the real estate industry. Including, but not limited to, new construction, existing homes, historic homes, etc. Whether I'm working with buyers or sellers, I am determined to make sure that my clients have a positive and successful real estate experience.
I am well aware of the market and handle each transaction with the highest level of integrity, professionalism, knowledge and friendliness. I reside in New Jersey and received my father's house in Sumter, South Carolina as a result of his passing. I came to work with Gwen by chance and am so happy I did! From day one, she provided me with guidance and support as it was the first time I've ever sold a property. I was concerned with how difficult the process would be since I lived so far away, but Gwen honestly made it seamless. The house was listed only 5 days before we got a full-price offer and she kept in constant contact with me throughout the 3 month process (there were some hiccups on the buyers end). She was sympathetic to my situation and even offered to do a drive-by to check on the house since I wasn't able to make it down. So happy Gwen answered my initial call to Century 21! She made a difficult process seamless and I'm so thankful!
