Buyer reviewMy daughter is a realtor from California and she researched for a good realtor here in Ruidoso. She came up with Harvey Foster and she was RIGHT! Harvey Foster went above and beyond!!!!!!! We have been looking for the perfect property in Ruidoso for over 3 years. Harvey never complained every time we called and said we were coming to Ruidoso to look at homes. He met us every time and showed us the homes that we wanted to see. He was always polite and helpful and never, never, complained though he probably should have. He never pressured us and was more of a friend than a realtor. I have purchased many properties in my life and Harvey by far is the best realtor we have ever had. Harvey handled everything, we just had to show up at closing. He even helped us with information on things that didn't have anything to do with real estate.

Buyer reviewWe wanted golf lot at Alto and Harvey was extremely helpful to find right lot. Harvey was so helpful to make purchase quickly so we could use by 7/28. Harvey made it easy to handle purchase over the phone and internet. We had never met Harvey until first phone call about property. Harvey just made it easy! He was the best. We have been coming up here and driving around Alto for 45 years and had seen a Century 21 office at entrance to Alto. So when I saw property with Century 21, I knew you knew Alto. Then when Harvey called back he acted like someone I had know before but we had never met. It was nice to do the deal in about 48 hrs from first phone call. Great to do business with.

Seller reviewBy far, Harvey Foster is the best realtor in Ruidoso! We have dealt with Harvey on 4 different occasions and each time, he has done a remarkable job. I can't say this happens with everyone but both times we listed our homes with Harvey, they sold very quickly. His knowledge of the town and the real estate market is remarkable and Harvey has always impressed us with always being able to answer every question we could throw at him. I would definitely recommend giving Harvey a call before even considering someone else. You certainly won't be disappointed!
