Buyer reviewHarvey was more than what I expected of a realtor. We were from out of town and didn't know anyone. I went around asking people in Ruidoso, who was a good realtor? I still didn't feel I could trust the recommendations. I needed a seasoned savvy realtor to help me find the right property. I wanted a place to build a house in the mountains next to year round stream or river. I saw lots of pics on Realtor.com saying or showing they had streams but in reality, they were not year round. I didn't want to keep going thru that and losing time. So I noticed the name on some the property info and took a chance calling up the realtors. I found the one who would be patient with our looking for the right one. He let us look at some of the cheaper ones and more expensive ones. The one in the middle had the best stream and land. We worked thru Harvey Foster to make that a deal that worked for us and the seller. It worked out for us just right. The reason the we ended up with a property, a deal, the right contacts to help us build was because we learned to trust Harvey. He built that trust by responding fast, by listening, advising based on his experienced and knowledge of the area. He knew what we wanted and didn't waste our time, to get get it for us.

Seller reviewHarvey Foster earned his money on this one for sure. There were some lingering title issues dating back to the 60's that were hampering the sale and required a lot of research to straighten out. Harvey had the knowledge and the tenacity to see it through to the end. He did research with the county courthouse and village records, then arranged for a new survey and replat of the property, guiding it through all the necessary channels to completion. We could not have done it without him! I highly recommend Harvey to handle any of your real estate needs.
