We first met Heather when she came to view the rental property we were living in on be half of the owner, who is planning to sell. She was wonderful, she made us feel very comfortable having her tour our home. Knowing we needed to move, and in a short amount of time, she asked us if we would like help finding our next place. We are so thankful that she did! When we found the place we wanted she helped us with the application process and when we had a bit of a hard time with the other leasing company Heather was there every step of the way. She kept on top of every detail start to finish. She was the calm in our storm, we are blessed to have her working with us!

I first discussed our future sale/purchase plans with Heather Baker in the Fall of 2018. Heather was very kind and willing to help when we were ready. She followed up with us in the Spring of 2019 to see if we were still considering selling and what our timing looked like. She gave us invaluable advice as far a timing, repairs, and home staging. As we were also working with Heather on the purchase of our next home as well, we realized the advice she gave us was what set us apart from other homes on the market. It was a lot of work, but with her referrals, encouragement, and knowledge we are confident it made all the difference in getting a sales price and closing timeline we could accept - in less than 5 days on the market! I would definitely recommend Heather Baker to others and are excited to complete our new home purchase with her as well!
