Heidi Krusensterna was fantastic!! So much so that we named our new puppy after her:) We are selective (picky) buyers and took a long time to find the property we finally purchased. Heidi was understanding and patient with us. During our search, which took a couple of years, Heidi was always quick to respond and provided the information we asked for on multiple properties which we did not end up considering. We made one offer that was not accepted by the seller and looked at several other properties. We come to the area from Texas and were always time constrained in our search. Heidi always made time for us. She provided amazing service that extended beyond her professional responsibilities. She even watched our puppy while we walked the property during our walkthrough. Not only did we find the perfect property we found an amazing real estate agent and a good friend.

We had never worked with Heidi before and didn't know her until we went to a Century 21 office on a Saturday morning in January 2024. Heidi immediately got to work asking us all the right questions on what we are looking for, area, price, size, amenities. No detail was missed. Over the next months Heidi provided recommendations and suggestions and always went the extra mile to answer or questions, show properties, make offers, counter offers, and guide us through the process. Heidi was ultra-responsive and meticulous on the little items which meant the world to us. She also helped to guide us when the process got tough and we were worried about a home we loved slipping away. She was the most amazing realtor we have ever had the opportunity to work with. She even did a virtual showing for us when we were out of the country and a home we loved came on the market. Add to that she drove over 4 hours to get us closing paperwork when the title company flaked out. We highly recommend Heidi!

When I think of a realtor, Heidi comes to mind. She is a superstar! She anticipates your needs and notifies you as soon as a new home comes on the market. She shows you homes that match your criteria perfectly. At every meeting and opportunity, Heidi uses her experience to find answers and navigate the hurdles of home buying. Her professionalism and extensive experience in real estate far exceed anyone else in the area. I will definitely use her services again and refer her to anyone looking for property.

Heidi was very professional. She was especially kind, respectful, courteous and always made sure to respond to any and all questions that I had in a very timely manner. There were even a couple of times she said it would take her a day or two to get me the information that I was needing and she had what I needed within a couple of hours so if that is not above and beyond service I do not know what is.

This is the second time I've worked with Heidi selling a home. I'm very happy with her knowledge and expertise. Heidi is readily available to answer any questions I had. And helped me feel absolutely confident in the sale.
