I commented to her that she blew other realtors out of the water with the way she handled herself. Heidi would continually follow up with us to make sure we felt good about our decisions and if we had any questions at all. I felt bad as I did ask her many questions and she responded fast every time. We were used to dealing with no answer or a delayed response from others.
