Buyer reviewHelle Hartley was referred to us by our daughter. What a fabulous recommendation! From the first time we spoke to Helle on the phone we knew we made the right choice. Since we were from out of town it was very important that we find the right realtor to listen to what was important to us and help us look for that. When we came down to St Pete she had a number of houses lined up for us to look at. She hit what we wanted very well and within 2 days of looking we found what we wanted. She helped us through the entire process from beginning to end, Helle was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the purchase. Since it's in another state I had a lot of questions and she always got me the answers. Her responsiveness and follow up is top notch. She arranged everything we needed done, was there when we needed her and kept us informed all the time. I think she works 24/7! I would strongly recommend that anyone who is looking in that area reach out to Helle and I would be glad to talk to anyone with more of a recommendation than I even have here. I certainly will be recommending her to anyone I know who is looking in the St Pete area.

Buyer reviewHelle Hartley is a diamond in real estate word!!! It felt more like a family friendship than a working relationship. We are from New England and have a reputation of being impatient and pushy. Which in some part is true. I never had to worry with Helle Hartley she was on top of everything you could imagine. I swear she could read my mind at questions I had, answering them before I could even ask her. Helle Hartley made our long distance home buying, feel as if she was right around the corner. If you don't use Helle Hartley you will never get the same customer service interaction or dedication anywhere!! I would absolutely with out a doubt recommend Helle Hartley to my family and friends! Thank you Helle Hartley from the bottom of our hearts, for everything you did to make this experience absolutely awesome and easy!!

Buyer reviewIn the past I've had many negative experiences with real estate sales persons. Helle Hartley changed my opinion. She worked very hard for us we looked at many properties over many months but she hung in there with us. She was very accessible at any time or day of the week. If I had a question she either knew the answer or found someone who did. She has also been an asset after the sale. I feel that I could call her two years from now and she would go out of her way to help. I'm a business owner and have sales reps working for me if I owned a Real Estate company I would recruiting her to work for me.

She was fair and honest with us throughout the process and always in touch with us. Her dedication along with her husband, Todd, was exceptional. She was with us at every step. We hope to stay in touch with Helle and Todd, because they have become more than our real estate broker; they have become friends. I highly recommend them.
