Helle always returned my calls and messages in minutes. I am very impressed with her professionalism and her genuine care and understanding. I feel Helle is the epitome of a trustworthy and honest Realtor. From our very first meeting I was very impressed with her candor and felt totally comfortable with her. I was impressed with Helle's Real Estate knowledge and her knowledge of the communities. Helle always kept me informed of what was going on with the property I wanted to purchase. It was a foreclosure, owned by the bank and it was a Fannie Mae property, so it was a little more complicated. Helle was in contact with me daily keeping me updated every step of the way. I found the sales experience provided by Helle to be stress free! Helle has a positive aura surrounding her that always sets a nice atmosphere.

I know her work ethic, ability to manage multiple things at one time, her commitment to people - she was a "no-brainer" when it came to choosing our realtor. We would have not gone through anyone else. Helle Hartley did an absolutely phenomenal job selling our house. Our first buyers fell through and she was so positive and kept us focused and moving forward. She was always available by phone and followed through with all her commitments. She kept me calm and grounded throughout the entire process and made it as easy for us as possible. She is very professional and made sure everything was handled exceptionally well.
