Upon meeting Holly, I could immediately tell she had the real estate experience and knowledge that I lacked as a first time home buyer. Holly was wonderful when it came to explaining all the processes, breaking down a time line of when things needed to be completed, and contacting all parties to make sure processes were completed on time.

we interviewed 3 different agents. within minutes of meeting Holly (and April) we knew that they were going to be our pick. they were professional, friendly, warm, did a much better job of evaluating our home, included us in their thinking, answered all of our questions honestly without making us think that any were "stupid" holly kept in touch with us weekly to see if we had any questions, concerns that she could help us with and/or give us any information that we needed to hear. they were always there for us and made us feel like we were their most important client. we never felt rushed when meeting with them and they both made sure that when they left us, all of our concerns had been addressed. they are a tremendous asset to Century 21. i have told multiple people how great we thought they were and how thorough they were and how knowledgeable they are in the real estate business. we strongly feel it was a great privilege (and a sincere pleasure) to work with Holly and April. all i can add is that she is a delight to work with. i did not give all the excellent ratings just to make her look good. she IS good, gives the impression that she loves her job and loves making people happy. she deserved and earned every one of the above ratings. i think Holly is the perfect example of what a real estate agent should be. she has a strong work ethic and her end results show it.
