As a long-time resident of Middletown and a licensed New Jersey Realtor, Hope and her family moved here in 2005 (her husband was born and raised in Middletown), and she's been in love with the area ever since. Hope has enjoyed helping her clients to realize their real estate goals - whether it's selling a home or finding a new one - she prides herself on a true hands-on approach for the smoothest possible transaction, within her clients' ideal timeframe. A member of the National Association of Realtors®, the New Jersey Association of Realtors®, and the Monmouth County Association of Realtors®, Hope has recently taken on the responsibility of training new agents within the office, in addition to her busy day to day schedule. Seller reviewFortunate to have discovered Hope Raymond when purchasing a home previously, I did not hesitate to reach out to her for my townhome sale. Hope is professional, well versed in market trends and the like, and respectful of our time and schedule for the open house and showings as well. Plus, as a few units similar to mine happened to list just prior to my listing, I was worried about competition. Yet, Hope's write up for the listing highlighted my home in such a manner than it stood out from the crowd and sold quickly. Throughout the entire transaction from beginning to end she was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend Hope Raymond!
