As a long-time resident of Middletown and a licensed New Jersey Realtor, Hope and her family moved here in 2005 (her husband was born and raised in Middletown), and she's been in love with the area ever since. Hope has enjoyed helping her clients to realize their real estate goals - whether it's selling a home or finding a new one - she prides herself on a true hands-on approach for the smoothest possible transaction, within her clients' ideal timeframe. A member of the National Association of Realtors®, the New Jersey Association of Realtors®, and the Monmouth County Association of Realtors®, Hope has recently taken on the responsibility of training new agents within the office, in addition to her busy day to day schedule. Buyer reviewI have known Hope Raymond for a while, and when we started the process of looking for our first home, we went to Hope. Hope was extremely patient, understanding, fair and honest with each house we looked at. It's a tough market, but Hope made our year long home search easy. She was always available for questions and concerns and made it her priority to give us her most honest feedback. We knew we were in the best hands when it came to our first home purchase. All steps were explained in detail and all concerns were answered with patience. Our communication was daily and Hope never made us feel like we were any less then a priority. Hope made sure we were comfortable every step of the process! We're so excited that we found our first home.

Not only does Hope understand the everchanging market but she also knows how to approach each listing. There was never a moment where I felt pressured, the decision was mine and she provided the right guidance.
