Seller reviewDecided to sell my home. I told my daughter and we instantly thought of James to sell for me. At 73 had no idea of what to do in this market. Jim came to my home explained everything I needed to know and do in a way I understood. I started right away in home for pictures. He took fantastic pictures, which everyone commented on after they were posted. I called Jim many times when things started to take place. He was so reassuring in every way now that I think about it. It was in paper work and had explained before but never let on just explained again. Thank you so much, James for patients and everything you did. Judy I have and will continue to recommend him to anyone I know of thinking about selling. He puts his all into it. I am sure there is no one more dedicated to there job more than he is.

His response time was always quick. Our house sold in two days because of the work that James and his agency conducted. James Meyers was outstanding in every facet of the sale. Lastly, he is Methodical with paperwork and the inner workings of real estate. We were very pleased to have had him as our agent and would recommend him without hesitation.

Seller reviewThis was to sell my mother's estate on the west side of Syracuse; and I live closer to Rochester, which is a bit of a haul. Another realtor friend of mine had recommended Jim, and am I glad she did. Hands down, he was GREAT to work with!! He listened and took my thoughts into consideration every step of the way. He followed up with me and the buying agent consistently, and was timely in responding to any questions / needs that I had. He had solid feedback and recommendations for things to do to prep the house for putting on the market. I also appreciate that he was working with a new buyer's agent (first sale) and showed immense amounts of patience and understanding to help make the transaction as smooth as possible. I would absolutely recommend using Jim for your next real estate transaction!
