Seller reviewThis was to sell my mother's estate on the west side of Syracuse; and I live closer to Rochester, which is a bit of a haul. Another realtor friend of mine had recommended Jim, and am I glad she did. Hands down, he was GREAT to work with!! He listened and took my thoughts into consideration every step of the way. He followed up with me and the buying agent consistently, and was timely in responding to any questions / needs that I had. He had solid feedback and recommendations for things to do to prep the house for putting on the market. I also appreciate that he was working with a new buyer's agent (first sale) and showed immense amounts of patience and understanding to help make the transaction as smooth as possible. I would absolutely recommend using Jim for your next real estate transaction!

Jim was also a big help in guiding us through how to get ready for pictures and the showings. Our house sold in the first weekend and we had TONS of showings.
