Jim was so unbelievably knowledgable and his attention to details and dedication to listening to our needs were just unsurpassed. My husband and I could not believe that during our first outing to see some homes he was intently listening to our banter and actually incorporated it into his selection of the next set of homes for us. He would scope out the homes the morning before we would go out to see the homes to make sure they actually meet our needs, and completed a whole write-up highlighting features/pros/cons based on his understanding of our likes/dislikes. So impressive, and it made every trip out with Jim so productive and packed with true contenders...in other words, we never felt like we wasted our time looking at random homes. Every minute with Jim was so well spent. He is the most prepared realtor we have ever worked with. Hands down one of THE best relationships we have ever forged. Jim not just found us our dream home but helped us tremendously in the days and weeks following the home. When on moving day our new home nearly caught a freak electrical fire....Jim was there with his electrician within minutes. Instead of calling 911, our gut reaction was calling Jim first. That's how much we trusted him and how much he has come through for us. Cannot say enough about Jim's professionalism and trustworthiness. We have come to trust Jim for every recommendation we would need. If it came from Jim, it is as good as gold.

Jim was flawless in every way. His efforts on my behalf were heroic. He proactively managed a referral that came his way and quickly transitioned those prospects into active buyers. To say that he went above and beyond doesn't cut it. He was consistently in touch, managed negotiations brilliantly, handled challenges expertly, and was the lynch pin that kept the deal together the entire time. There were so many ways in which he exceeded expectations it's hard to enumerate!
