I have been a Realtor with CENTURY 21 Langos & Christian since 1989 and I enjoy my job as a real estate consultant as much today as when I started selling real estate over 20 years ago. I am very committed to giving back to the communities that I serve. I am a trustee for the Des Plaines Community Foundation. We provide the Neighbors helping Neighbors Program. I also support the local PADS program for Des Plaines and Mount Prospect communities. I work with 1st time Home Buyers, short sales and foreclosures. I also specialize in the senior citizen community. I have a designation as a Senior Real Estate Specialist. I've enjoyed being a Real Estate Consultant for over 20 years! My success in real estate is attributed to experience, professionalism, and commitment to service in an area in which I enjoy living. Helping individuals find the right property is one of my strongest values. I have extensive knowledge of the real estate industry and our local marketplace. I take pride in my attention to detail and put all my efforts into understanding your needs. This was a scary, yet stressful experience that I have ever faced. This being the very first home purchase, it was less of a scary move because Jan was there to always answer questions, provide me with information, and get together with me to make sure things were in place as well set to schedule. Any concerns or uncertainty Jan was always there to answer my phone calls whether early during the day or late past work hours. She's truly a 24/7 Hot Line. Experiencing this journey with Jan I can't possibly imagine anyone else being as patient consistent as her. Seller reviewJan is my hero! She has been my realtor on two previous occasions. This time, she listed and sold my home in Rolling Meadows. Sounds simple, right? Wrong! I live in Arizona, so I asked Jan to take the reins to get things done here in Illinois. And there were a lot of things to get done! She organized and met with all of the people who came to paint, carpet, plumb, repair, electrify, deliver, inspect, you name it! She did it all, and in record time during the busy holiday season. As a result, my property sold quickly, even though the weather was lousy and the market was slow. I owe a big debt of gratitude to Jan.
