I have been a Realtor with CENTURY 21 Langos & Christian since 1989 and I enjoy my job as a real estate consultant as much today as when I started selling real estate over 20 years ago. I am very committed to giving back to the communities that I serve. I am a trustee for the Des Plaines Community Foundation. We provide the Neighbors helping Neighbors Program. I also support the local PADS program for Des Plaines and Mount Prospect communities. I work with 1st time Home Buyers, short sales and foreclosures. I also specialize in the senior citizen community. I have a designation as a Senior Real Estate Specialist. I've enjoyed being a Real Estate Consultant for over 20 years! My success in real estate is attributed to experience, professionalism, and commitment to service in an area in which I enjoy living. Helping individuals find the right property is one of my strongest values. I have extensive knowledge of the real estate industry and our local marketplace. I take pride in my attention to detail and put all my efforts into understanding your needs. She often verbalized recognition of my efforts readying the home for the market and always stayed in close contact with me through out the entire process Everyone at the office was kind, patient, courteous and respectful I also appreciated Jan's vast referral list when/if I needed a painter, attorney, or even as I was trying to find someone to take a piano! She never balked once when I called with any barriers that came up. Jan is a GEM to the community she serves. She told me that my home would sell in a week and I was skeptical. She was wrong. It sold in 4 days!
