Buyer reviewWe were coming off the sale of our condo in MI. We had to work quickly given the current market. We contacted Jan and she quickly secured the first showing the day it went live. Her receptivity, access, customer centricity, and local knowledge were critical and integral in writing our offer. She kept let us know quickly that the offer was accepted. She secured not only the house, but also furniture, both inside and out. Once the contract was signed, she kept us at a fingers reach via text throughout the process. Of all the properties we have purchased or sold, this one stands out, all due to Jan. She was our advocate and most importantly, a friend.
