Jan proved to be knowledgeable of the market and the selling process and was in constant touch with me throughout the closing process. The buyer's representative was very slow and caused some delays but Jan kept me informed and did not allow me to become discouraged. She has a great since of humor and when any action was needed on Jan's part she responded immediately. The house was only on the market for two days before we sold it. Need I say more!
