Buyer reviewJanet went above and beyond for my husband and I. I had a list of requirements that I wanted including several acres in a specific school district. She would e-mail and notify me any time there were new listings in this area. Once we found "the lot," she was on top of making an offer and negotiating with the sellers. She contacted our bank several times to ensure everything was being taken care of in a timely manner. I often tell people, she wasn't just our realtor she was our friend, mentor, negotiator, and counselor!

She keeps taking mental notes so that in a short amount of time the right house can be identified. And then she stays on you to keep you on track for carryout the entire process on to the finish line. She becomes your best friend while you are in this experience!
