Buyer reviewOur agent, Janet Roan, has been helping us find the right condo for the last couple years. She showed us many condos over that period of time. She was always patient, honest, helpful and professional. Janet never pressured us to buy something. She patiently showed us properties, evaluating their strengths and weaknesses, until we found the right fit. She also walked us through every step of the bid, inspection and closing process. When we met Janet, at an open house she was conducting, she was a stranger. Now, after her patient work with us over the last couple years, I feel she is a friend! I would highly recommend her to anyone searching for property in in Panama City Beach!
