Seller reviewI used a web site similar to Home Adviser, but for realtors. It sent me names of 3 realtors who fit what I was looking for. Janet didn't wait for me to call her, she contacted me almost immediately. I liked what she had to say and her plan for selling my property. The property was family owned. We all live out of state, so the whole experience was long distance. Janet kept us informed of what was happening all along. She was very pleasant to work with and put in long hours working for a closing. We lost several deals because the buyers couldn't get their money. Janet always had a back-up deal waiting. Although it took longer than we anticipated, and we settled on less for the property than we wanted, we were satisfied in the end. We signed a renewal of contract with Janet, never considered changing agents. She was persistent until the end. I feel like Janet is a friend, even though I only met her once.
