He did what he said he would do and I admire him for that. Jared Fleming is the only realtor I will ever use. More importantly Jared is the only realtor I will recommend. Excellent I had/have no issues whatsoever with Jared.

He went above and beyond to help us every step of they way. He even made stayed on top of the bank and attorney to make sure all was ready for closing. This is my 4th house to buy and I have never had such a seamless and easy purchase, I could not have asked for better service. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home!

Buyer reviewAs I have refereed to earlier in this survey Jared Fleming seemed to really go the extra mile in helping us purchase this property. Since the property we purchased was not close tour home, or his, most of our visits there were on weekends and he never acted put out to have to make a trip up there to show us this property, or any of the other properties we looked at. I would highly recommend Jared Fleming to any one looking to purchase a home or property.
